IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Once a student is accepted to Jefferson RISE, enrollment paperwork is required prior to the start of school.
- Log into PowerSchool
- Enter in your username and password (email [email protected] with any log in difficulties)
- Complete all forms by Friday, July 22nd
- Transportation Form must be complete by Friday, July 15th to ensure a bus stop as close as possible to student's address
- Health Form requires documents signed by a physician - documents can be picked up at school or downloaded below
RETURNING STUDENT RE-ENROLLMENT
Each year, students fill out re-enrollment paperwork to ensure all records are up to date.
- Log into PowerSchool
- Enter in your username and password (email [email protected] with any log in difficulties)
